To set an out going prefix for your vendor, you need to follow the below steps:
1- Go to My Vendors >> Vendors >> Open Connections.
2- Inside the desired connection, there is a field called CLD Trs. Rule, lets say you want to send this connection prefix 1234# the rule should be set like this: s/^/1234#/
