To get fresh books connected with your Cloud Softswitch please follow the below steps:

  • Create an account with FreshBooks here 
  • Once you get access to your account, Click on My Account on the top right corner of the page.
  • Click FreshBooks API
  • Provide us with API URL and Authentication Token  (E-mail support team this information)

  • We configure/store on our centralized FreshBooks <---> Softswitch bridge your API information securely.
  • Create you customers profiles in FreshBooks

Softswitch User:

  • Please provide our team with Staff user/pass from your softswitch which will be stored in the script to login every Monday and pull the data from your softswitch

You will be provided with an interface access to configure and assign groups between your FreshBooks and Softswitch database, schedule and configure payment terms and save.

Once this is done you're all set and now can monitor all invoices activity through FreshBooks interface.
